All orders currently qualify for free USPS shipping within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. The Safe Cig reserves the right and can change or adjust this policy at any time.

The Safe Cig_TM is proud to say that each component and accessory (except the Disposable Atomizer Refill) is fully warranted for the lifetime from the original date of purchase for replacement and exchange of the defective part or accessory. This warranty is also for any and all existing “The Safe Cig” customers who can prove they have purchased from us. If proof cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse any exchange. The Safe Cig will, at its discretion, replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better and newer if available. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Lifetime Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. The Lifetime warranty as stated above can be changed or revoked at anytime by The Safe Cig for any circumstance that creates the change a necessity. The Safe Cig reserves the right to null and void the Lifetime Warranty for whatever reason and at any time. 

PLEASE NOTE: THE DISPOSABLE ATOMIZED REFILLS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

The Safe Cig offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any Starter Kit or Special Bundle Package purchase. There are no refunds on any used or unused Disposable Refills. We cannot accept them back on any condition due to health code regulations. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee can be extended if The Safe Cig decides to do so for a unique reason. Exclusions to this guarantee shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification during the 30 Day Trial Period. Any returns must be in the original new like condition as when it was first sent out to customer. Money-Back guarantee fulfillments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is not reimbursed. 
 
The Safe Cig_TM makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Lifetime Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the U.S., The Safe Cig_TM disclaims all implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the U.S., any implied warranty of condition of merchant ability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Lifetime Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.

 
Online Warranty Claim Instructions  
 
We will try our best to get your replacement product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:

STEP 1

Contact us via email at the following address; thesafecig@gmail.com to determine if the component is defective or being used improperly by the user. If determined that you need to return the product, then proceed to STEP 2 Do not return a part to us without first contacting us. Do Not return any Disposable Atomized Refills. These cannot and will not be exchanged.

STEP 2

Once the component has been determined to be defective, please pack the item securely in box or padded envelope and mail to:

Please enclose the following: a) name, address, contact telephone, b) email address, c)defective part or parts. DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR UNUSED DISPOSABLE ATOMIZED REFILLS BACK TO US.  
Once the defective part has arrived to our warehouse, we ask that you allow 3 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will do our best to get out the replacement parts as soon as possible. 
NO Returns and NO Refunds are offered, only exchanges as stated above.
