The Safe Cig offers a one of a kind refill cartridge that no other company has yet to replicate. We have spent the last 18 months testing the latest in atomization technology. Creating a refill cartridge that produced a large amount of the cleanest vapor and lasted a long time was extremely important to us. Why? These are the most requested features in highest demand, but are also the most difficult to produce consistently.

To provide a world class refill cartridge we hired a team of CNC machine engineers to help us build a one of a kind machine that can produce them with the same level of quality whether we are manufacturing one refill or one million refills a day.  This is just one example of the lengths we go to in order to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. 

A high-quality conductor is needed in order to make a good connection for the battery to be able to mate with the refill cartridge. Each one of our refill cartridges we produce has a custom adapter that is silver plated to allow the perfect connection to the battery.

The “catcher” is something else we have added to our refill cartridges – another first in the electronic cigarette industry. The catcher has been designed to prevent our refills from leaking liquid into our customer’s mouth before vaporizing. There is no other refill cartridge in the world with this feature and we are proud to be the first to offer it to our customers.

Our Batteries

Inside all of our rechargeable electric cigarette batteries is what we call a “flow sensor” that powers the entire unit on and off when a user drags on The Safe Cig. This flow sensor allows the battery to instantly power down when not in use to preserve close to 99.9% of its battery life. The flow sensor is so responsive that when it senses the slightest bit of drag it immediately powers up the refill cartridge to produce a satisfying abundance of vapor each and every time.

It’s not easy trying to pack extended battery life into something as small as The Safe Cig's rechargeable electric cigarette batteries, but we feel strongly that the visual and tactile aesthetic of our product needs to remain similar to a real cigarette. In order to provide the best electronic cigarette available, we partnered with one of the world’s most renowned battery developers that, with the help of our engineers, have extended our battery life by 50%, which places our battery charge higher than any of our competitors around the world. Together with our team of engineers and battery developers, we have developed the most advanced flow sensor available and placed it inside each of our rechargeable electric cigarette batteries—including the White Electronic Cigarette Battery and The Black Electronic Cigarette Battery.

Our White Electronic Cigarette Battery has a 3.7 volt ion lithium battery pack inside each cylinder that keeps The Safe Cig charged and ready. This is the same type of battery that powers some of the top-of-the-line smart phones we use every day. In the future, the technology we developed will be used in numerous other products, and not just The Safe Cig's White Electronic Cigarette Battery.

The "PCB" Micro-Circuit Board

The Safe Cig's battery also contains an item called a "PCB" micro-circuit board. When we were still designing our battery, we thought to ourselves, "Wouldn’t it be great if our battery had some brain power to monitor what’s going on with our new design?" We knew we had to make it work, so we gave The Safe Cig a brain—the "PCB" micro-circuit board. The micro-chip inside The Safe Cig's battery is loaded with custom software to interact with our hardware and monitor its performance each and every time a drag is taken. The Safe Cig team has spared no expense in time and money investing in the future of The Safe Cig's rechargeable electric cigarette batteries.
