The Safe Cig is a non-flammable electronic cigarette smoking alternative which incorporates advanced microelectronic technology and atomization technology. The Safe Cig's Atomized Refills contain liquid nicotine, specialized flavoring compounds, and food additives, which when inhaled provide persons who already smoke sensations similar to smoking a traditional cigarette. 1. To avoid damaging The Safe Cig only use the components and accessories that are meant to be used with it: The Safe Cig Atomized Refills, Atomizer, Battery, Charger, Power Line, Car Plug, and USB Charger.
2. Replace the Atomized Refill when the vapor being produced becomes barely visible.
3. The Battery will flash 30 times to indicate that you must either recharge it or exchange it for a fully-charged one. A Battery will typically charge overnight, ready for morning use.
4.The Charger works under normal conditions with the voltage at AC100V, 50/60HZ, or DC6-24V.
5. The Safe Cig should not be dropped or allowed to hit anything hard.

1. Keep The Safe Cig away from high temperatures when using or storing it.
2. Keep all parts of The Safe Cig out of children’s reach.
3.The Safe Cig is prohibited for use by anyone other than an adult (over 18), non-pregnant, non-nursing smoker.
4. For users that may tend to a sore throat or may have an adverse or sensitivity reaction to nicotine or the food additive propylene glycol, use an Atomized Refill with a lower level of nicotine or no nicotine. If a problem continues, stop using The Safe Cig immediately and consult a physician.
5. Keep the liquid contents of the Atomized Refill away from any mucous membrane. The Atomized Refills are meant only to be used to create vapor with other Safe Cig components. Do Not attempt to put any foreign object inside an Atomized Refill.
6. Keep the Battery component away from loose metallic items in your purse, pockets, bags, or any other place of storage. Foreign metallic items could potentially short circuit the battery causing the it to heat up and possibly cause permanent damage.
7. For best results try to smoke The Safe Cig at the same times and durations that you would normally smoke your traditional cigarette.
8. If using The Safe Cig while driving, use extreme caution and pay attention to the road.
9. Before attempting to clean the outside of the Charger or any of the plugs or cords you must first unplug them from the wall outlet, cigarette lighter outlet, or computer. Never use any chargers or plugs in damp or wet conditions. Use extreme caution if using the charger outdoors.

1. Components of The Safe Cig body. The body of The Safe Cig is composed of the Atomized Refill, a microcomputer controlled circuit, and a lithium battery component. The indicator light at the tip of the Battery lights when using to recreate the effect of smoking or to notify the user of an issue needing attention (as previously indicated).

1. The Atomized Refill is the inhaler piece which contains a small amount of liquid ready to be atomized and the atomizer combined. This fluid does not contain any tar or carcinogenic substances.
2. The Atomized Refill comes in four varieties: High (18MG), Medium (14MG), Low (11MG), and Zero (Zero MG) of nicotine.

4. Battery and Charger
The Safe Cig uses a special 3.6V lithium battery. This Battery and the Charger that comes with it are unique to The SafeCig and cannot be replaced with conventional batteries or chargers. Please be sure to check the locally-available voltage if traveling to make sure you do not damage the original Battery or Charger. The only permissible input voltage to the charger is: AC100-240V, 50/60HZ, or DC 6-24V.

Assemble The Safe Cig: Step 1: Unpack the Disposable Atomizer Refill from its packaging and screw the Battery onto the Disposable Atomizer Refill by turning it clockwise until snug. You are now ready to enjoy The Safe Cig!
Delayed Use Instruction: The Disposable Atomizer Refill should be used within 2 weeks after opening. It should not be left in the sun or in very hot places. This could potentially cause the refill to dry out unintentionally. Unopened packaged Disposable Atomized Refills will last for months without drying out or losing flavor.

Delayed Use Instruction:

If you do not use your Safe Cig for an extended period of time take a Rubber Stop and slide it back into the Atomized Refill. This will keep the Atomized Refill from drying out prematurely. An Atomized Refill should be used within 2 weeks after opening (even if re-plugged). Unopened packaged Atomized Refills will last for months without drying out or losing flavor.

Operation of The Safe Cig:

Typical smokers inhale anywhere from 7-12 drags on their traditional cigarette, so after taking 7-12 drags of The Safe Cig it is recommended the user take a 30 minute break before using again. Determining the optimal number of drags and usage times will vary from user to user and you will have to determine the right number and usage times for yourself.

Please Note:

1. To avoid over-usage do not exceed 16 drags within one minute, If you do, the Battery will flash continuously ten times as a warning.
2. If you take a single, prolonged and continuous drag for more than 5 seconds the Battery will flash continuously ten times indicating over-usage. Briefly tipping The Safe Cig in an up or down position will not affect normal use.
3. When the Battery is low the indicator light will continuously flash 30 times indicating the need to recharge the Battery or swap it for a fully-charged one.
4. The Safe Cig contains microchips that control several safety features as stated above. Another program in the microchip is the automatic self-cleaning function. After a count of 1500 drags The Safe Cig will automatically enter into the self-cleaning mode for 20 seconds, during which the indicator light on the Battery will light and stay lit for the duration.

Proper use of the Charger and The Battery

The Battery indicator light will flash several times indicating a low charge after using The Safe Cig for an extended period of time. There are three ways to recharge the Battery: the Home Charger, the Car Charger, and the USB Charger. Screw the Battery clockwise into any of these chargers until snug. The indicator light will flash 10 times indicating it is charging. The indicator light on the charger will turn to red from green indicating it is charging the Battery. After approximately 90 to 120 minutes the indicator light on the charger will turn to green from red indicating a full charge. Unscrew the Battery counter-clockwise and reassemble it with the Disposable Atomizer Refill. You are now ready to enjoy The Safe Cig once again.

Cautionary notes for the Battery and the Chargers

1. Keep the Battery and the Charger away from high temperatures, especially while charging.
2. Keep anything metallic away from the screw end of the Battery. This could cause a short circuit and is not safe.
3. In the rare case of Battery leakage, only use rubber gloves to dispose of it safely. Never touch exposed skin to any leaking liquid. In case of eye contact immediately wash eyes out with clean water. Do not rub the eyes. Get medical attention immediately.
4. If during charging you notice a strange smell, high heat, a color change, or deformation of the Battery, immediately cut the power supply to the Battery. Do not touch for 10 minutes. Make sure leakage did not occur and dispose of properly. Do not try to use a Battery if any of these things occur.
5. The Battery and the Chargers are unique and work specifically with each other. Do not attempt to charge anything else other than Safe Cig Batteries with Safe Cig Chargers.
6. Your first charge of a new Battery should be overnight. Thereafter, it is recommended that the charge last between 90 to 120 minutes or until the red indicator light turns green.
7. If your Safe Cig is not used for an extended period of time, the Battery should be unscrewed and all components safely stored away from high temperatures or any possibility of moisture.

1. If the Battery flashes 30 times this indicates you must either recharge it or exchange it with a fully-charged one. Charging a Battery overnight gets you ready for morning use.
2. If you see that the volume of vapor coming from your Safe Cig is reduced, replace The Atomized Refill for a new one.
3. If you still do not see vapor after replacing The Atomized Refill, try replacing the Battery with a fully charged one, making sure you have screwed the Battery clockwise fully snug with The Atomizer.

The Atomized Refills contain small amounts of nicotine, the food additive propylene glycol, and flavorings and other food additives. Nicotine is a highly-addictive natural alkaloid substance extracted from plants. It is the substance that makes a smoker addicted to the smoking habit.

About how many traditional cigarettes equal one Atomized Refill cartridge?

There are many different types of traditional cigarette brands available in today’s market with many different levels of nicotine. An average traditional cigarette contains .7mg to 1.1mg of nicotine per cigarette. There are 20 traditional cigarettes per pack which adds up to nicotine content of 14mg to 22mg of nicotine per pack. Atomized Refills contain either Low (11mg), Med (14mg), High (18mg) quantities of nicotine, or no nicotine content at all. Every traditional smoker smokes in a different manner, such as how big or deep a drag is taken or how much smoke is actually inhaled, and so forth. Accordingly it is difficult to compare the capacity of the Atomized Refill to traditional cigarettes. However, we estimate each Refill is approximately equivalent 15 to 20 traditional cigarettes.

1. Please read all instructions in this manual before using the Disposable Atomizer Refill.
2. Do not use the Disposable Atomizer Refill except with the Safe Cig components.
3. Once the Disposable Atomizer Refill has been used, dispose of it properly. Do not reuse it.

Cautionary Notes on the use of the Disposable Atomizer Refill

1. Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Shelf life of The Disposable Atomizer Refill is about 24 months.
2. Always keep away from children.
3. If opened but not used for an extended period of time, store in a safe and dry place.
4. Do not swallow or put any liquid from the Disposable Atomizer Refill into your mouth.
5 . Only smokers of traditional cigarettes are to use this product.
6 . The liquid in The Disposable Atomizer Refills has been carefully mixed to correct proportions. Do not attempt to mix any other liquids or agents with the liquid in The Disposable Atomizer Refill. This could be extremely dangerous. Do not tamper with the liquid.
