    Many smokers report having intense cravings for cigarettes following a meal.

    Knowing how to circumvent these cravings can help with the quitting process.

    As a former smoker converted to vaper, I remember the days when I would silently pine for the moment when I could sneak away from the dinner table to take a few draws off a cigarette outside a restaurant or outside my home. Those cravings became more intense as the minutes ticked by, leaving me to day dream about what I would feel as soon as I lit one up. I missed many great conversations and opportunities to connect with friends and family during those moments.
