Hollywood's most elaborate New Year's Eve bash was held at the world famous Kodak Theater Complex.

This year's event was boasted as the Nation's largest Red Carpet New Year's Eve event filled with celebrities, live performances, DJ's, and dancing. Mario Lopez hosted the event where live performances from artists Cobra Starship, Rock Mafia, and Lupe Fiasco among many others brought the new year in with style.
