On battery replacement:

S. Zap said, "We purchased the Safe Cig kit in July and were very pleased with the product. Wife is the smoker and she readily adapted to the safe cig. Menthol flavor and amount of vapor were obvously different than real cigarettes, but very acceptable. We had one battery that quit charging, and Safe Cig replaced it no problem."

We offer a lifetime warranty on our electronic parts including our batteries. Occasionally one battery will malfunction and requires replacement. We understand this and will be happy to replace that battery at no charge!
