On battery replacement:

We offer a lifetime warranty on our electronic parts including our batteries. Occasionally one battery will malfunction and requires replacement. We understand this and will be happy to replace that battery at no charge!

THE DISPOSABLE ATOMIZED REFILLS, are great, but why are they not eco friendly. Once your done with the refill, one must throw out. That is more waste in land fills..Somthing more reseach needs to be done on how to recycle the disposable refills. The safecig, company, should have some sort of prepaid envlope for customers, to return empty refills and then figure a way to refill them and sanitize them and resell them for a cheaper to the customer.
It would be cleaner and safer for the enviorment for generations to come?????

Hi Amanda! I think your ideas are great. I've actually established a shoe box as my depository until something can be done with them other than pitching my refills into the waste basket.
