E-Cigarette sales increase after ruling against the FDA

Last month, Judge Richard Leon ruled against FDA regulation over the electronic cigarette industry. It had come to a point recently where shipments of electronic cigarettes to the United States were held up by the Food And Drug Administration and their disapproval of the sale of the device. Distributors were left empty handed and consumers were missing out on the one-of-a-kind opportunity to quit smoking by still smoking, only without the hundreds of toxins and exhaled second hand smoke.

Now that the decision has been made, and the government must rethink its approach to the e-cigarette industry, it appears as though sales are going up, and show no signs of slowing.  People are feeling confident now that they know the government will have a more difficult time coming between them and their chosen method of eliminating tar and many other harmful things from their smoking device. Several electronic cigarette distributors have reported significant increases in online sales and inquiries.

Could it be that finally, the electronic cigarette will be known commonly as the next big (safe) thing?

What do you think?
